Sometimes when foreigners return to their home country they throw huge liquidation sales, aka Sayonara Sales. These are great times for us to buy things we want/need. Recently a team member’s friend left for home and gave us a bread maker. This is very exciting because it means there is hope of eating wheat bread in Japan. (Something the grocery store doesn’t sell.) My first couple loaves were a little rough, see the picture, but I am slowly learning. If you have any good recipes let me know!
