Well, the “old” church. Starting in July Shiga Church as started a renovation project. The church facilities are not only old, but have been dangerous for children. The church members decided enough was enough and have raised enough money to renovate the church this summer. Renovating in this case means gutting the first two floors and then updating the third floor. The renovation should only last three months. In the mean time we will meet at a member’s home and events will be held in various places. We will be hosting events 4-5 times a week in our home! Please pray for this time and that even in the midst of a building project there would be peace and unity within the congregation.
