Today we held a goodbye party for Kristi and a Birthday Party for a young woman in our church. It wasn’t planned or coordinated but more of a last minute gathering. We even had to send our son next door to buy more ingredients for okonomiyaki. Since the weather held more people joined in after church and we all went to Nagoya Castle after a light dinner. It was fun watching the dancing and eating shaved ice and other festival foods. Pray for all the young people in our church! AND pray for the typhoon headed our way.
