It doesn’t snow often and last year it didn’t snow at all. We were so excited to look out the window and see this view. We were thinking activities would be canceled, but no way. We learned Japanese are serious folks and since most people walk within the city events definitely don’t get canceled for snow! We also learned shoveling the parking area for our 13 story building is A LOT harder then a driveway back at home.
